Litton Lane Fitness Instructor courses are designed to prepare students not just to pass the ITEC examinations, but to equip our students with additional skills which gives them the edge when it comes to building and maintaining a client base. That’s why we offer additional modules in First Aid, Spinning Instruction, and an add-on Personal Training option.
All our courses are accredited by ITEC
– a leading International Specialist Examination board – who have been awarding high quality and respected sport and fitness industry qualifications since 1947. In 2011 ITEC awarded over 38,000 certifications in 38 countries.

Course Costs
All our course fees include exam fees, manual, indoor cycling as well as first aid certificate.
Gym Only €1795 (includes exam fees of €100)
This course is designed for the student who wants to work in the gym setting but is not keen to teach studio based classes. The modules covered in this course are – Anatomy/Physiology, Gym Instruction and Business/Professional Conduct.
Studio Only Course €1795 (includes exam fees of €100)
This course is designed for the student who wants to work in the gym setting but is not keen to teach studio based classes. The modules covered in this course are – Anatomy/Physiology, Gym Instruction and Business/Professional Conduct.
Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer Combined Course €1995 euro (includes exam fees of €200)
This course caters for the student who is interested in becoming both a gym and studio instructor. The modules covered in this course are – Anatomy/Physiology, Gym Instruction, Studio Instruction including Spinning instruction, and Business/Professional Conduct
Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer Combined Course &euro1995 euro (includes exam fees of &euro200)
This option is to cater for the student who wants to work in a gym setting and as a Personal Trainer but is not keen to teach studio based classes. The modules covered in this option would be – Anatomy/Physiology, Gym Instruction, Personal Training and Business/Professional Conduct.
Gym/Studio and Personal Trainer Combined Course €2095 (includes exam fees of €200)
This course caters for the student who is interested in becoming a gym instructor, studio instructor and personal trainer. The modules covered in this option would be – Anatomy/Physiology, Gym Instruction, Studio Instruction, including Spinning Instruction, Personal Training and Business/Professional Conduct..
The Examination Process
The ITEC examinations are a combination of practical assessments and thorough written examiniations.
Our Fitness Training Course Tutors
Litton Lane tutors are all qualified and experienced specialists in their own area of expertise. Our tutors need to have many years of experience in addition to the appropriate qualifications before being approved to teach any of our courses. All our fitness tutors must also continuously update their education in order to ensure that they remain at the forefront of their profession. Our tutors are enthusiastic. Helpful, friendly and go to great lengths to ensure that students enjoy and benefit from all our courses.
