The main aim of the VTCT/ITEC Diploma in Pilates Teaching course is to enable learners to gain the necessary practical and theoretical skills in order to plan and instruct a full Pilates repertoire for individuals and group classes.

There is no prerequisite to enrol on this course. Students with a keen interest in Pilates can enrol on this course as all units will be completed as part of the programme. Students who hold a prior Fitness qualification may qualify for recognition of prior learning (RPL) on selected units. The application for RPL can be discussed with each individual student in more detail.
