iTEC Diploma in Personal Training Course

ITEC RQF LEVEL 3 (EQF LEVEL 4)

Aim of the Course:

The main aim of the VTCT/ITEC Diploma in Personal Training course is to enable learners to gain the necessary practical and theoretical skills in order to plan and instruct Personal Training sessions for clients in a gym setting and/or in a private training facility. This qualification will enable students to work with a variety of client goals for the general population as well as supporting clients with medical considerations in their health and fitness journey. Students who complete this course will also complete the full Award in Nutrition for Physicial Activity which will enable learners to prescribe a detailed Nutrition programme for their clients both remotely and in person. 

This combination course option includes:

  • iTEC Certificate in Fitness Instruction
  • iTEC Diploma in Personal Training
  • iTEC Award in Nutrition for Physical Activity
  • The IHF First Responder Course
  • Certificate in Group Instruction including:
    • Circuit Training
    • H.I.I.T.
    • Indoor Studio Cycling
    • Kettlebell Instruction
    • Hybrid Conditioning

  • €600 deposit to secure your place on the course
  • Payment plan option available
